KGBlends does a beautiful job of enhancing your traditional recipes and
lends easy inspiration to chicken, beef, pork, and seafood. My blends provide a fresh and healthy approach to food.
It's no secret that I like to cook and eat...lol...I have a ton of different spices in my kitchen. When cooking, I mix various spices to create the perfect blend for that flavor that will tickle your tastebuds. Well, allow me to introduce KGBlends, a collection of my favorite herbs and some healthy ones that are good for you, too, such as elderberry, ginger, sage, turmeric, and more, and most importantly, no MSG.
Initially, I just wanted to create a Salt-free blend for all those out there who have to watch their sodium intake due to hypertension (me included). I researched different spices that were delicious but then wanted spices that were healthy to use.
After researching and creating in my lab, aka my kitchen, I decided to make more blends for those who liked to cook but were bored with their current spice selections. The all-purpose blend was for your everyday cooking, and for those that we're fans of heat, teriyaki jerk was flavorful yet had enough heat to awaken the taste buds.
